Yes, all of our vacancies provide the opportunity to work remotely. We have three options for working: at the office, from home, and a mixed option where you can work remotely two days a week. The only exceptions are managerial positions where working at the office is mandatory.
We don't have a strict dress code. We wear what is comfortable. If it's hot, light clothing and footwear are enough. At the same time, we respect each other and look neat.
No. All vacancies are intended for full-time work.
We have an eight-hour five-day workweek with flexible working hours. Usually, the working day starts at 9 AM and ends at 6 PM.

Barko22's IT internship program is designed for those who wish to pursue a career in IT through a structured learning path, professional mentoring, and a strong growth culture. The program is open to motivated candidates who are ready to learn, take on responsibility, and grow professionally.
• 1–2 months (software development traineeship only);
• Structured theory classes with learning progress monitoring;
• Small groups of 10-12 people or one-to-one classes with a mentor
• S2-3 months for all traineeship areas;
• Team-based work on training projects;
• End-to-end preparation for participation in commercial projects.
